R. Lord, let your face shine on me.
Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in your commandments. It is good for me that I was humbled, so that I might learn your statutes. R.
I know, O Lord, that your judgments are right, and that in faithfulness you have humbled me. By your appointment they stand today, for all things are your servants. R.
I am your servant; give me understanding, so that I may know your decrees. The unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple. R.
